Alpuro Breeding is a company that takes responsibility for there businesses. We set high targets for the welfare of young animals and the decrease of antibiotics used. These two issues are guidelines if it comes to the corporate social responsibility of Alpuro Breeding.

When a young animal gets sick it is easy to treat that with antibiotics. But a lot of calves can be helped preventive. Therefore we have introduced several products over the years that can be used against specific sicknesses. For example the cause of scours and pneumonia. In stead of selling antibiotics we started to invent products to let calves stay out of the trouble zone.

With the housing for young calves we like to show the dairy farmers and public that it is possible to keep a calf somewhere dry were it has enough space to move. And grow happily together with other calves. When it comes to the housing of young calves, drafts will disappear after our visit. It is our role to let a calf be as healthy as it can be.

As we want to make sure we adherence the law, ethical standards and international norms we have our HACCP, ISO and GMP certifications. Even our own quality system is developed in house with a 100% traceability (proven by SGS).
